I have a decade of experience working in health psychology and medical research which provides unique insight into clients struggling with chronic health issues. I offer services in a safe, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ+-affirming environment.

I honor the fact that anyone seeking therapy has likely been dealing with things on their own for quite a while. I have deep respect for the courage it takes to be vulnerable with a new person, and take time to build groundwork of trust and allow you to guide the pace as much as possible. I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
